Jim Reilly Founder/Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Reilly is the founder of Azure Resorts and Hotels/NRUS Properties, LLC. Prior to founding these companies, Mr. Reilly served as the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions for Exclusive Resorts, the leading luxury non-equity vacation club in the United States. Mr. Reilly was instrumental in the acquisition and development of $75M worth of international resort destinations for this new company (owned by AOL fouder Steve Case).

As former General Director for Mexico, Mr. Reilly directed development and acquisitions for KOR Hotel Group in the Rivera Maya. During his engagement, Mr. Reilly has led the acquisitions team in the negotiation, due diligence and purchase of multiple hotels, including trophy property Ikal del Mar. All together, these deals represented more than $100M in land purchases and other transactions.

While with KOR, Mr. Reilly also founded Promotora KR Playa, a residential resort sales and marketing company responsible for the pre-construction sales for the 5-star Tides Playa del Carmen condominium hotel. This company set a single-phase Mexican real estate sales record with $76M of business written over launch weekend in early July 2006.

Mr. Reilly has also worked for numerous high profile hotel/resort developers and investors, investment management companies and high net worth individuals. He received his B.S. degree in Finance from Oregon State University in 1994.
