Acropolis Mediterranean Village
The first luxury, oceanview property in Puerto Penasco that is part of a major commercial retail plaza. Owners are able to contribute their units to a condominium hotel operation. The project includes a branded beach club, spa and fitness center, and extensive retail oppotunities in a destination shopping complex.
Recent Involvements
A new development inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita master plan in Puerto Vallarta. La Serenata includes 6 luxury villas currently being built along the 7th fairway of a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, with views of Banderas Bay.
The Villas are freestanding on large lots, each with their own outdoor pool and jacuzzi, luxury interior appointments and will be built on large individually deeded lots. Prices range from $1.2 to $1.75 million (USD).
